Connor has 5 years of recruitment experience within the education sector. Over this time, he has secured work for hundreds of candidates and assisted numerous clients with
their staffing needs.
Connor has developed his experience as an education recruiter, starting as a trainee consultant, securing multiple promotions,
and working his way up to Team Leader. After gathering a full understanding of the entire recruitment process it became apparent that it would be possible for him to set up his own agency.

ecause he wanted recruitment to be done in the right way. Connor had a vision of what good recruitment looks like, and he has incorporated this into everything we do here at Tempus staffing.
